Paul Hunt

His experience includes leasing, ground-up development, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate–backed financing across a variety of asset classes, including industrial, multifamily, retail, and office projects. He also has experience advising clients on zoning and land use matters before municipal and county governing bodies, as well as on water rights matters before groundwater conservation districts throughout the State of Texas.

Paul approaches transactions with a practical, business-oriented mindset, working to protect his clients’ interests while maintaining focus on efficient deal execution. He is experienced in balancing risk management with the commercial realities necessary to successfully close transactions.

Prior to joining Wilson Cribbs + Goren, Paul practiced at a premier boutique real estate firm in San Antonio and an Am Law 50 international firm in Houston, where he represented clients in sophisticated commercial real estate matters.

Paul earned his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2014 and his B.S. in 2011. He is admitted to practice in Texas.
