Gaspar started his career at Wilson Cribbs & Goren as a transactional summer associate and has been engaged with our clients and staff ever since. He currently assists clients in acquisitions, dispositions, ground-up development, and land use matters. His leadership experience in a prior career, accompanied by his driven mindset, is a valuable asset when negotiating on behalf of our clients in any situation.
At South Texas College of Law, Gasper served as the first Hispanic Editor-in-Chief for the school’s Law Review. In addition, he served on the Student Bar Association and the Dean’s advisory board. With an interest in property law, he dedicated time to the Landlord-Tenant Clinic and enrolled in several upper-level courses such as Land Use Law, Real Estate Finance, and Real Estate Transactions. He graduated, cum laude, and earned a Transactional Law Practice Certificate; a program designed to provide in-depth studies of various business law concepts focusing on skills essential for transactional law practice.
In the Spring, Gaspar volunteers on the Gatekeepers Committee during the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. He also enjoys camping, being outdoors, and traveling with his wife.
